Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support to the Executives.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle reminders.
  • Organize business trips: travel bookings, visas, accommodations.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and reference materials.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications.
  • Handle document flow and approvals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a PA/Executive Assistant.
  • Higher education.
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian and English  (spoken and written) — required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
