Responsibilities

  • Interacting with customers, offering consultations, assisting with inquiries, and providing optimal solutions.
  • Actively contributing to the improvement of service quality based on customer feedback and suggestions.
  • Working on a shift schedule with 24/7 support (including evening hours, weekends, and holidays).

Requirements

  • Higher education.
  • Proficiency in Azerbaijani and Russian languages.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using computers and common office software.
