Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality customer service and support through various communication channels (phone, chat, email, social media).
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively inform and assist customers.
- Interacting with customers, offering consultations, assisting with inquiries, and providing optimal solutions.
- Actively contributing to the improvement of service quality based on customer feedback and suggestions.
- Working on a shift schedule with 24/7 support (including evening hours, weekends, and holidays).
Requirements
- Higher education.
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani and Russian languages.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively.
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computers and common office software.
