Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality customer service and support through various communication channels (phone, chat, email, social media)
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively inform and assist customers
- Interacting with customers, offering consultations, assisting with inquiries, and providing optimal solutions
- Actively contributing to the improvement of service quality based on customer feedback and suggestions
- Working on a shift schedule with 24/7 support (including evening hours, weekends, and holidays)
Requirements
- Higher education
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani and Russian languages
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail
- Proficient in using computers and common office software
