Data Analyst (BirMarket)

• Analyze structured and semi-structured data to uncover patterns, trends, and insights.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Excel, or similar BI platforms.
• Write efficient SQL queries to retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data from databases or data warehouses.
• Define and monitor key business metrics
• Work closely with product, operations, finance, or marketing teams to frame business questions and deliver relevant analyses.
• Perform ad-hoc investigations and root cause analyses based on business needs.
• Document data sources, metrics definitions, and analytical methodologies.

• 1–3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or related roles.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing relational data.
• Hands-on experience with at least one Power BI.
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail and business context.
• Ability to clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with Python or R for more advanced analyses.
• Understanding of A/B testing methodology and experimental design.
• Knowledge of data modeling basics and ETL/ELT concepts.
• Exposure to data privacy and compliance considerations (GDPR, CCPA).
