Head of Marketing
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the brand and communication strategy for PashaPay.
- Lead the marketing planning and budgeting process, ensuring efficiency and cost optimization.
- Oversee the areas of Digital Marketing, SMM, Content Marketing, Creative, and PR.
- Develop and execute a PR strategy to strengthen the company’s image and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to create product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage analytics and evaluate campaign performance, making data-driven decisions.
- Ensure brand consistency and unified standards across all visual and verbal communications.
- Provide leadership and mentorship within the team, fostering a culture of creativity, ownership, and excellence.
- Oversee timelines and quality for all marketing activities and campaigns.
- Ensure effective cross-team collaboration with Product, Business, Design, and other departments.
- Support cross-functional and ecosystem initiatives aimed at strengthening the brand synergy within the group of companies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in senior marketing roles (preferably within FinTech, digital, or technology companies).
- Deep expertise in branding, marketing communications, and digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing budgets, optimizing spend, and analyzing ROI.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret marketing metrics and data.
- Leadership and team management skills with experience in coordinating cross-functional processes.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to shape long-term brand vision.
- Creativity, initiative, and the ability to make decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
