Head of Information Security Office
Responsibilities
- Assessing and minimizing security risks, monitoring threats, and developing data protection strategies.
- Data classification and encryption, access control, and data loss prevention.
- Developing vulnerability management strategies, protecting against malware, and ensuring network security.
- Ensuring application security and implementing secure development practices.
- Developing and implementing incident response plans, conducting analysis and investigations.
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry security standards.
- Conducting audits, developing training programs, and raising employee awareness on information security issues.
- Regular reporting to management on risks and the overall state of the company's information security.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of information security, including in a similar position.
- Experience in developing and implementing data protection strategies, including encryption, access control, and data loss prevention.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and CI/CD security.
- Ability to prepare architectural documentation and diagrams.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management methods, malware protection, and network security.
- Experience in developing and implementing security incident response plans, as well as conducting investigations.
- Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in the field of information security (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, etc.).
- Team management skills and experience in forming budgets within the information security domain.
