Junior Financial Controller Specialist

Responsibilities
- Review daily costs and compare them against budgeted figures.
- Support the execution and verification of daily payments, including collections, expenses, and rent disbursements.
- Assist in reviewing expense reports for accuracy and compliance, under supervision.
- Prepare routine internal reports (daily, weekly, monthly) as required.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to support monthly and annual financial closing processes.
- Collect and review necessary documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records.
- Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the Division Head.
Requirements
- Minimum 6-12 months of experience in accounting or finance-related roles
- Basic knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage
- Familiarity with accounting software is preferred; experience with 1C or 1C ERP is a plus
- ACCA or other relevant financial/accounting certifications are a bonus
- Good understanding of business processes and financial workflows
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn and develop accounting skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable, responsible, and able to manage time effectively
