
Junior Market Research Specialist
Responsibilities
- Conduct user interviews and collect data through surveys, polls, and other research tools;
- Assist in the execution of qualitative and quantitative research studies under the guidance of the Leading Research Analyst;
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and preparation to ensure accuracy and reliability;
- Support in summarizing and presenting data for analysis and reporting;
- Monitor and document competitor activity and market trends;
- Follow internal guidelines and complete assigned tasks as directed by the;
- Leading Research Analyst and department manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Marketing, Management, or Mathematics;
- At least 1 year in conducting user interviews, research or UX/CX course certificate;
- Azerbaijani (fluent), English or Russian (good);
- Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
