Responsibilities

  • Conduct user interviews and collect data through surveys, polls, and other research tools;
  • Assist in the execution of qualitative and quantitative research studies under the guidance of the Leading Research Analyst;
  • Perform data cleaning, validation, and preparation to ensure accuracy and reliability;
  • Support in summarizing and presenting data for analysis and reporting;
  • Monitor and document competitor activity and market trends;
  • Follow internal guidelines and complete assigned tasks as directed by the;
  • Leading Research Analyst and department manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, Marketing, Management, or Mathematics;
  • At least 1 year in conducting user interviews, research or UX/CX course certificate;
  • Azerbaijani (fluent), English or Russian (good);
  • Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
