Junior System Analyst

PashaPay offers two key products:

• MilliOn, the largest regional network of payment terminals.
• m10, an innovative e-wallet that introduces a new payment method with a unique set of financial tools for a wide range of users, aiming to digitize traditional bazaars and revolutionize the financial industry.

To ensure the highest product efficiency, we are actively seeking talented professionals who are committed to maintaining high code quality standards and proposing improvements.

• Collecting business requirements.

• Evaluating and decomposing tasks.

• Modeling and describing processes (BPMN/UML).

• Gathering and formalizing functional and non-functional requirements.

• Preparing specifications including flow diagrams, ER models, use cases, acceptance criteria, UI element descriptions, and other assets needed to hand off tasks to development.

• Designing API logic and structure: defining endpoints, methods, and parameters.

• Collaborating with the product team during development, testing, and post-launch support.

• Participating in the integration of external services with our terminals, including technical requirement coordination.

• Communicating with partner representatives (clients), receiving and delivering technical documentation.

• Testing APIs (REST/SOAP), validating through Postman/Swagger, and conducting preliminary checks before handing off to development.

• Experience in fintech/daily banking/payments as a System/Business Analyst approximately 1-2 years
• Experience working with web/mobile products.
• Experience with integrations.
• Familiarity with the standard analyst toolkit (especially BPMN/UML).
• Basic technical background and experience working with development teams.
• Understanding of networking principles and service-to-service communication.
• Experience working with SOAP and REST APIs, ability to design and analyze interfaces.
• Proficiency in Postman and Swagger for API documentation, testing, and validation.
• Attention to detail (ability to bring order from chaos), startup mindset, proactivity, autonomy.
• Proficiency in Russian language.

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, hybrid format available.
