Lawyer at the Litigation and Government Relations Division
ApplyResponsibilities
- Ensure the Company complies with relevant laws, including payment systems and labor legislation.
- Monitor legal changes and inform management and teams accordingly.
- Draft, review, and provide legal opinions on contracts, agreements, claims, and internal policies.
- Handle claims and lawsuits involving the Company; prepare responses and represent the Company in courts, government bodies, and arbitration.
- Manage legal correspondence and documentation related to licenses, permits, and internal regulations.
- Maintain litigation records and prepare regular reports for audits.
- Develop standard contract templates and perform legal due diligence.
- Collaborate closely with the Division Manager and ensure compliance with internal rules, safety, and confidentiality standards.
Requirements
- University degree in Law with at least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate law and litigation.
- Strong attention to detail, stress resilience, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Experience in court representation and communication with authorities.
- Fluent Azerbaijani; intermediate Russian and English preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Clean legal record and high professional integrity.
