- Collect data from databases, spreadsheets, and APIs.
- Clean datasets by identifying and correcting errors, inconsistencies, and missing values.
- Analyze data using statistical methods and visualization tools to extract actionable insights.
- Interpret and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Generate reports and dashboards to highlight trends and results.
- Perform advanced data mining and querying on large datasets.
- Maintain data quality, integrity, and security throughout the data lifecycle.
- Collaborate with IT, marketing, finance, and other teams to meet business objectives.
Requirements
- 4+ years in data analytics, preferably in financial services or fintech.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction.
- Proficient with Python or R and statistical analysis techniques.
- Experience handling large datasets efficiently.
- Skilled at translating business needs into analytical tasks and strategic recommendations.
- Degree in math, statistics, economics, IT, or related field; certifications in data analytics are a plus.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher, capable of understanding technical documentation and business communications.
