Responsibilities

·        Greet visitors and create a friendly atmosphere.

  • Answer phone calls and forward them to the right person.
  • Receive letters, documents, and packages, and pass them to the correct department.
  • Send out letters and parcels on behalf of the company (courier, post office, etc.).
  • Book and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Check meeting rooms regularly and make sure they are clean, tidy, and ready for use.
  • Keep the reception area neat and organized.
  • Help with small office tasks like printing, scanning, and copying.
  • Support other teams with basic admin duties when needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is a plus.
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.
  • Good communication and people skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Organized, responsible, and positive attitude.
  • Neat appearance and polite manners.
