Responsibilities

  • Participate in building and improving collaboration processes with partner companies;
  • Coordinate and enhance operational workflows;
  • Analyze business processes and prepare suggestions or changes when necessary;
  • Document business procedures and ensure compliance;
  • Operate effectively in various systems (CRM, ERP, DO IT, etc.);
  • Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners;
  • Develop and regularly update onboarding plans and procedures;
  • Organize and deliver initial training for partners on systems, platforms, and operational processes;
  • Verify and manage required documents and contracts during onboarding;
  • Ensure accurate setup of new partners in internal systems (CRM, ERP, order/delivery platforms, etc.);
  • Collect feedback on the onboarding experience and analyze it to improve processes;
  • Closely collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, IT, Operations, etc.);
  • Monitor the initial performance of newly onboarded partners and provide support when needed.

Requirements

  • Higher education (in Business Administration, Economics, Banking, Management, or related fields);
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations management or business process optimization;
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, attention to detail;
  • Ability to adapt quickly and openness to innovation;
  • Strong organizational and project management skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and operational systems (CRM, ERP, DO IT, etc.);
  • Excellent command of Azerbaijani and Russian; English is a plus;
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
