Performance Lead

• Ensure the quality and speed of delivery processes (team collaboration, product, and engineering processes) within the product team.
• Coach and support Product Owners and development teams in discovery, delivery, and backlog prioritization at the product team level.
• Propose the most effective methods and approaches to achieve business results, considering the context and priorities of the team, area, and company.
• Help teams focus on creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done (DoD).
• Build effective team operations and coach the team toward self-organization and a sustainable delivery rhythm.
• Identify and help remove impediments that affect the team’s progress and delivery speed.
• Act as a change agent at the team level, helping members adapt and grow.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration between teams, stakeholders, and adjacent product or platform teams to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Act as a change agent at the organizational level, contributing to the evolution of the company’s design and processes to achieve strategic goals.
• Facilitate and continuously improve company-wide rhythm and operational cadence events.

• 1–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or a similar role within product teams.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.).
• Strong facilitation, mentoring, and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven experience in process improvement and optimization.
• Ability to adapt to changes and drive organizational transformation.
