
Procurement Clerk

Responsibilities
- Prepare and process contracts with vendors and service providers
- Collect and verify supporting documentation required for payment (invoices, acts of acceptance, delivery notes, etc.)
- Ensure all documentation complies with internal policies and procedures
- Work closely with legal, finance, and procurement departments to coordinate document flow
- Monitor contract timelines, expirations, and renewal dates
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and payment documents in the internal system
- Support audit and compliance requests related to procurement documentation
- Assist in generating basic reports related to contracts and payments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Experience in procurement or logistics is a plus
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian is required; English is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Excel , MS Word
- Basic knowledge of 1C is a plus.
- Careful, responsible, and good communication skills
