Product Designer

Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of beautiful, clean, and modern interfaces.
- Continuously test the product, identify weak points, and improve user flow.
- Plan and conduct UX tests with users.
- Work in a Scrum-based product team in close collaboration with analysts, developers, product managers, and other designers.
- Help prioritize tasks and ensure that the most critical user needs are addressed first.
Requirements
- Proven experience in creating digital products and well-thought-out interfaces.
- A portfolio showcasing strong UI cases (we highly value visual aesthetics and attention to detail).
- Skills in conducting user research and testing.
- Experience working with developers and participating in product testing.
- A product-oriented mindset and the ability to balance aesthetics with usability.
- Experience in FinTech or with high-trust products (such as banking or government services) is a plus.
