Responsibilities

  • Build direct relationships with small business owners (individual entrepreneurs, shop owners, service providers, etc.).
  • Attract new customers in the assigned regions.
  • Introduce and explain the m10 product to new customers (small businesses) in the assigned regions.
  • Offer and support joint promotional campaigns together with customers.
  • Conduct market research in the assigned region.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Take part in preparing sales proposals and development plans.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the direct manager on time and with good quality.

Requirements

  • Higher education
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales
  • Excellent communication skills in Azerbaijani; Russian is a plus
  • Proficient Excel skills for data analysis and report preparation
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong sales and client acquisition skills
  • Analytical thinking
