Senior Market Research Specialist
ApplyResponsibilities
- Identify and define the objectives of assigned product research projects;
- Plan and design research methodologies for qualitative and quantitative studies to meet project goals;
- Preparation and supervise the creation of questionnaires, polls, and surveys to ensure data collection;
- Conduct market research to gather data on product markets, customer demographics, and factors influencing demand;
- Analyze research data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for maximizing sales and market penetration;
- Prepare comprehensive reports with clear visualizations (graphs, charts) and well-written summaries of research findings;
- Monitor international and local market trends and competitor performance within the mobile payment sector;
- Provide strategic recommendations based on research findings to support decision-making processes;
- Ensure connection to internal rules and follow instructions from the immediate supervisor and department head;
- Promote a research culture within the company and establish processes;
- Train junior colleagues and other departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Marketing, Management, or Mathematics;
- At least 3 years in UX or CX research, Market Research, or Analysis within the IT industry;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SPSS; (knowledge of Power BI and SQL is an advantage);
- Azerbaijani (fluent), Russian (good);
- Superior research and analytical skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities.
