Senior Product Marketing Specialist

• Development of marketing strategies for products and execution of go-to-market plans.
• Market and competitive environment analysis to enhance product competitiveness and increase PashaPay's market share.
• Creation and adaptation of unique value propositions (UVP) tailored to target segments and niches.
• Generation and validation of marketing hypotheses.
• Planning and coordination of new product and user scenario launches.
• Development of long-term product growth strategies (1–3 years) in collaboration with product teams.
• Collaboration with the Bir ecosystem to run joint marketing projects, integrations, and campaigns aimed at increasing GMV and retention.
• Setup and maintenance of BI dashboards (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Power BI, Google BigQuery).
• Promotion analytics, forecasting, and measurement of marketing investment effectiveness.
• Organization and execution of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and cohort analysis.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams (Growth, CVM, Performance, Sales, Product Management).
• Preparation of ROI reports on marketing activities for senior management.

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, including a minimum of 3 years in product marketing.
• Experience in fintech, digital banking, or ecosystem products is a strong advantage.
• Deep understanding of unit economics: CAC, LTV, Retention Rate, C1, AMPPU, Churn Rate.
• Proficiency with analytical and BI tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Power BI, BigQuery).
• Skills in building and optimizing user acquisition, activation, and retention funnels.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and systems thinking skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
