Develop effective marketing strategies and implement go-to-market plans to achieve the company’s key OKRs.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to improve competitiveness and increase PashaPay’s market share.
Collaborate closely with product teams.
Develop and adapt unique value propositions (UVP) for target segments and niches.
Generate and validate marketing hypotheses.
Plan and coordinate product launches and user scenarios together with product designers.
Co-create long-term product development strategies (1–3 years) with product teams.
Analyze marketing performance, forecast results, and measure the efficiency of marketing investments.
Organize and conduct A/B and multivariate tests, as well as cohort analyses.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Growth, CVM, Performance, Sales, Product Management). Set and oversee tasks for internal marketing teams in implementing marketing activities.
Develop ROI reports on marketing activities for management.
Maintain the task tracker (Jira) systematically.
Requirements
5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in product marketing.
Experience in fintech, digital banking, or ecosystem products is an advantage.
Proven experience building end-to-end go-to-market strategies, including segment, channel, and activity descriptions.
Experience in customer segmentation and understanding of various segmentation methodologies.
Deep understanding of unit economics: CAC, LTV, Retention Rate, C1, AMPPU, Churn Rate.
Experience working with analytics and BI tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Power BI, BigQuery).
Skills in building and optimizing acquisition, activation, and retention funnels.
Excellent cross-team communication and systems thinking skills.
Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-changing environment.
