Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and verifying settlement-related documents and reports;
- Support daily operations related to payment reconciliation and transaction processing;
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of financial documentation;
- Receive incoming letters and distribute them among relevant divisions; • Ensure timely submission of documents for stamping;
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely exchange of necessary documents;
- Assist in reviewing data for accuracy and completeness;
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the team.
Requirements
- Being a student or recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with documents;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with databases;
- Responsibility and willingness to learn;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian; knowledge of English is an advantage;
- Willingness to work on a part-time basis.
